PREDI-ROUNDS

We are pleased to invite you to save the date for PREDI-ROUND I, the first in a new series of moderated roundtables organised within the PREDI-LYNCH project.

The session will be the public opening of the First PREDI-LYNCH Annual Meeting and General Assembly in Bratislava, bringing together clinical trial leaders, a patient representative and a health policy expert.

PREDI-ROUND I: What Will We Explore?
Expectations, Challenges and Trial-Specific Implications

The discussion will focus on the project’s two complementary but distinct clinical trials:

• PREDI-LYNCH, which is evaluating a multimodal surveillance strategy involving blood, urine, stool and vaginal samples across several Lynch syndrome-associated cancers;
• PREDI-ENDO, which focuses specifically on less invasive endometrial sampling and liquid biopsy approaches for the earlier detection of endometrial cancer.

Over 60 minutes, the panellists will discuss what each trial aims to achieve, the practical and methodological challenges involved, what meaningful success would look like for researchers and people living with Lynch syndrome, and what evidence may be needed to support future changes in clinical practice, guidelines and health policy.
